My buddy just called 14 shot active shooter at Mich St. Update he just shot himself

He just texted not sure when it started
Updates coming to me straight from Lancing.
Update: suspect wearing Blue mask and is a black male.
Update: possibly more than 1 shooter 3 or 4.
Update: my friends daughter last heard shots from her dorm 15 minutes ago. They are eastern time I am central so 10:10 MSU time last shot she heard.
Update: just got word Bomb Threat and they could start evacuating per source on campus.
Update: my friends other friend is a Doctor and he was told 6 dead at the hospital (Not confirmed) His Friend is not at the hospital he made a call. This is what he was told.

Sent this to my friends and they said looks like the guy last week that was following people. I guess police were called . Could be the motive for shooting if it's the same person.

My cousin's son was in the next building during the mass shooting at Virginia Tech. That night he snapped a photo of the candle lit vigil for the campus newspaper that the next day was in papers nationwide.
His sister was also on campus. I phoned my cousin and it took him a couple of hours to get back to me and let me know his kids were OK.
