Whats funny is this judge is likely a Democrat. Not a new school pussyfart Democrat but an old school make sure the common man isn't forgotten type. Unfortunately for the new crop he also seems to believe in upholding the laws of this country.
Many judges also value their courtroom's time as almost sacred, and can smell through the bullshite trials a mile away.

@Techno_Fog on twitter has been going through the daily transcripts of the trail each night.
Seems to be a much better analysis of what is going on by someone who is actually reading the transcripts than what we are seeing in the media.

I am curious if the defense asks him about this very fact during their cross. I would hope they do to make sure it is on the record and essentially force them to have to jump through hoops to do something about it or have it left out in the public record that people will use as a hinge for selective prosecution.
