I disagree. By forcing the Government to follow the rules of evidence and prove every element of the crime, there will be vary little to appeal if the jury votes to convict.

Not defending them. I haven't really been following it all that closely because I assumed it was a slam dunk. Manafort will be in jail for a long time, regardless of what stunts this judge pulls.

I totally agree with you but thus far I don't think Mueller's team will get a conviction which is why they are pushing the character assassinations and other extra curricular irrelevant info to smear Manafort. You don't do that if you have a rock solid case.

I'm not sure what the hell you trailer park law scholars are watching but Defense is getting pounded and bad. There was a baseball game recently btw the Nats and the Mets. Where the Nats won 25-4. Currently the Nats represent the prosecution right now. Its a fricking beating hahahaha.
