Is it not reasonable to wonder why the media isn’t making it a big deal? The first gay President seems like something they’d be excited about. Bigger deal, statistically speaking, than the first half black President, no?
I believe they aren’t celebrating his gayness because they believe it hurts his chances to win. How do I come to that conclusion? Their love of pride month three times a year is all one needs to know.

Hillary enjoys the company of women more than men, but had she been the first woman president, you think the press wouldn’t have run with that story?
There are more people that didn’t know Pete had a husband than did the day after he claimed winning the caucus, including me.

I do find it a little interesting that the media was all over Obama’s “historic” win as the first black president and Hillary’s potential historic win as the first woman president......so why not promote another potential historic win with the first gay married man?
