no idea, but 28 votes ain't hard to overcome in deep red Mississippi...

but the fact that we are even in the situation that it's midnight and we are still counting votes to decide a Senate race in fricking Mississippi is WILD

Ironically, if the majority of this board saw that a Republican in MA was winning by 28 and we had to count the votes, there would be fraud automatically. If Smith wins, there will be conspiracy theories galore.

This board just spent the past year burying its head in the sand and insulting former Trump supporters for pointing out all the frickups of this admin.

true story.....

that 30% of hardcore Trump supporters SEVERELY overestimated their influence, when in reality, they are an incredibly small and insignificant amount of the electorate and not near enough to win elections on their own...

i don't think there will be... i think there will be many sighs of relief, and sure Dems will ask for a recount, but she will have won it fair, just like EVERY candidate has tonight

Think there been a number of bigger swings than that tonight.

Weirdly I think the 2020 election may end up a bigger scarlet letter in 2028 than it was in 2022 or 2024.

Emotions were still too raw. But with time, 2020 election denial is going to be seen for the crank conspiracy that it was.

Imagine claiming fraud today. You sound like a nut.

Her poll numbers went down.........

After the Trump visit last week.

Her DC staff panicked and did an end run around the campaign and got him to come. Campaign didn't want him to but were stuck.

i truly hope that people will eventually see that they were lied to by a con man and his sycophant followers/enablers...

but admitting they were wrong, that may be a bridge too far for many of them to cross...

Colom has increased his vote lead by almost 50% this morning. He now leads by 43 votes. 31,000 votes left to count.

There are more than a few Republicans in Mississippi who see her as an empty suit and have nothing but contempt for her. Heard more farmers complaining this year about Trump as well.

Campaign team had problems because her DC office kept interfering.

I’m seeing a projection that CHS takes it by 600-1,200… but we will see.

It was like a big frick your to so many capable Republicans, and also in the face of voters. The party boss is basically said we’ll put someone stupid as a cabbage up and you will vote for them because you have no fricking choice.

She is there because she doesn’t have a mind of her own and she does whatever the frick they say and always has she is an APAC bitch through and through. Couldn’t spell Mississippi more or less fricking do anything to make it better. frick her and her masters.
