Bob, I can’t believe you and I are on the same side of discussion.
Must feel awful. ;)
It is kinda shocking the viewpoints I’ve seen here.
I feel the same way about Vets. I despise those who don’t support their medical treatments. And while I was against invading Iraq, I was really pissed that the troops weren’t adequately outfitted.
The level of hypocrisy needed to deny these peope care while themselves benefitttng from FEMA assistance is mind boggling.
Perhaps this is inevitable outcome of north v south or desiring states rights (states as almost countries).

The gist of it is, any first responder will be fricked if he gets a chronic illness by his state or federal health insurance.
If you are a first responder responding to a massive terrorist attack go the other way. Because you know like hell your health and healthcare will.

In the clip, Stewart is pissed at the incompetence of a governmental entity... Yet, from what I remember of his show, he is generally in favor of giving the government more power (or, at least, ridiculing those who want to rein it in).

I can’t imagine how anyone who is over 27 can think this way. Anyone that was conscious to the world around them remembers everything about that damn day and the horror that was felt.

Stewart said that the Daily Show made him come to despise politicians in general. He hated almost all of them by the end of it and dreaded interviewing them over a celebrity. That is the thing he is most jealous of John Oliver’s show is he only interviews people he’s actually interested in.

Wanna guess how many of these were the same types who were outraged at Maher, DIxie Chicks, and supported naming Freedom Fries.

I’m going to make the assumption that you’re a child that has no memory of that day.
If that’s the case, then you’re just a stupid, ignorant frick.
If not, then you’re also a horrible piece of shite not fit to live in this country.
