One can earn a certain type of response over time.
Call it like the boy you cried wolf.
I get it. But completely dismissing it and not even reading into any of the source material is just willful ignorance IMO.
It's a bad trend among the bottom feeders here. Anything that doesn't immediately conform to preconceived notions is immediately dismissed. Confirmation bias is strong here.

Sunday night.
The zero intelligent counters to the article seems pretty much in the bag.

IB has earned his dismissals. It's his own fault. The guy is such a cut and paste phenom that he makes Spidey look like a fountain of original thought.

Well I think you also have more economic acumen than most here so you've earned the right to dismiss things outright. I don't know if I'd say that about everyone else.
But he is somewhat of a one trick pony. I suppose technically a 2 trick pony if you count the film stuff

Article is opinion piece. A broken clock is more accurate.

It's phase 1 of the deal. Not even the full deal.
Market at all time high.
Keep living in your fantasy world.

Nothing new since all the Trumpkins came around. It is really strange how so many bottom feeders see absolutely nothing wrong with any stance Trump takes.
Independent thought is not respected here at all. I can count on one hand how many actual posts have been made on any thread on trade that deal with the actual stated goals of the OTR.
Trump wouldn't even agree with many of the positions supporters of the trade war here have.

It's not as if he never posts anything worth discussing.
It's that he might as well be a bot. You aren't going to actually have a conversation with him. He's just going to spam the frick out of you with endless cut and paste jobs.
It's boring.

This is all he does. Everyone who disagrees with him is a "Trumpkin".

You didn't bold enough.
Is this article based on strictly numbers or feelings with numbers to support those feelings?

And, it's not conducive to expecting an actual response.
Now, sometimes, I suppose that's the goal. But, if it's your goal, you can't get mad when you get the expected non-response.

Your correct. I have not a single intelligent thing to say about that article.

Most of us were on this board before Trump showed up. And, will be here when he leaves.
