I have no proof. I wasn't there and am not going to take the time to fully research this.
That said, it was her husband and brother who killed Emmett Till and I'm assuming she had some idea how they would react to a black kid whistling at her.

One of the most horrific stories I have ever read. Those feral creatures that killed those two poor people should have been hung upside down from their feet until they died from blood rushing to their heads. The media absolutely buried that story and this was back in 2009.

Ok… so you want to try this lady for murder. With no witnesses….. no evidence…with no accusation she actually committed the murder… with no previous claim she committed the murder..
