I think you should look at each individual canidate and vote on whom you think is the best for the postition. I voted mostly Republican, but I could not bring myself to vote for Thad Cochran.

To be fair, she hasn't said anything that most politicians or political parties haven't hinted at in the past but this is the exact reason why the 2 party system needs to be taken out.
That being said, First Ladies should be seen and not heard. Do charity work and stay out of the political realm.

"I really don't think about the idea of having a Democrat-led House and Senate because I don't think it's going to happen," Bush said.
"I believe if our candidates continue to talk about the strong economy, based upon low taxes, and an administration and a Congress that was willing to give professionals the tools necessary to protect (citizens from terrorism) we'll win this election," he said.
When asked about Democratic critics of the Iraq war, Bush said: "My answer to them is listen to Osama bin Laden who says, 'Our objective is to defeat America,' which will embolden the terrorists, which will then enable (al-Qaeda) to have safe haven, just like they had in Afghanistan. And we're not going to let them do it."
