Looks like Cobb County went Democrat for Biden and for both Senate races... by a pretty good margin.

So I'm guessing they are ok with the boycott, and they are ok giving money to sports franchises.

When will one of these businesses or organizations just say we are in the widget or whatever, business and don't get involved with politics?! WTF? They have to know they are alienating more people than not....liberalism is a cancer on this nation.

I'd love to see those contracts to see what kind of "out" MLB has given themselves. My guess is they have plenty of "outs" available to them.

The moment they start seeing polls that support that.

Right now, a majority of Americans support these corporate actions that are being taken.

It's all about the bottom line. This is the ultimate exercise of capitalism.

"Stay woke, go broke" isn't reality for far too many companies.

I went to MLB.com to try and send an email. I don't see any contact info. I'm certainly not creating an acct to do it.

This is insane. How about they explain exactly what about they law they don't like? I've no explanation from anyone about how this law is so terrible. Also why would it only affect blacks?

I was at my In Law's yesterday and he had the Braves game on, they were claiming that the stadium was at 50% capacity due to COVID. They might have had 15% of the stadium filled, maybe...

They reported 15%, not 50.

Oh well. At least Georgia republicans have undermined democracy and set up a system for republicans to actually steal any election in Georgia. So there’s that.

I never would have thought I'd get to a point in my life where I give zero fricks about sports.

Games played by people making millions of dollars who produce jack shite for society who then lecture me on high how terrible I am can frick off.

If they all quit playing my life would be impacted exactly zero.

Lol no they don’t. That’s just an illusion created by the media. Almost 80% of people support ID’s

I think they should move it to a country where illegals can attend for free. Their virtue signaling game needs to step it up.

If a majority of mlb players don't support this mlb action? They need to strike: they've always been willing to strike before. They need to demand that Manfred be fired.
