Mitch McConnell was not listening but he did not have to. The noise was certainly rattling his bones. He may not recover.

KY Governor has to pick from a list of three candidates provided by the party of the relaxed senator. He can’t go full EBR Metro Council and try to replace a white Republican with a black Democrat.
