This may come as a surprise to some but conservatives like to partake of the herb just as much as libtards.

Not only that, but some people who use prefer buying from a dealer than from a shop. They prefer the illegal nature of the business.

Here in Alaska its way overly regulated. Took two years to get product to stores.

Some older black man stated he thinks the use of marijuana will take some of the violence out of society ......ya know, mellow people out.

I'd be shocked if there is one person who committed murder in the city where I live in the past year that would have been able to pass a piss test for weed at the time of the murder.

I'm not saying this to make a point about legalization either way, I'm just saying.

What an odd imagination you have.

Maybe one day you'll realize that just because you can imagine something, that doesn't make it true.

I don't care about pot being legal, but people should be held accountable for actions while smoking

Yup. The smell is extremely unpleasant and travels a surprising distance. I had that smell fill my vehicle's cabin for a few hours after sitting in traffic next to a pothead who had his window down.

If you want to smoke in your house, I'm fine with that. But don't do it in public or anywhere that exposes bystanders to that stinky shite. The consequences of not being able to control the smell should result in serious fines.

Conservatives should have led the charge for legalization. Small government and all.
If only they were actually small government.

Well your little act here doesn't fool a soul.

Youre just angry because people don't support your lunacy.

God never intended on you making laws to hold someone else down. They are responsible for themselves.

Ok...so laws against smoking weed is "holding someone down". Got it. God did intend for people to keep people in check. We have different views for sure. I hope you aren't being a hypocrite by holding your wife and kids down with anything they may want to to do that you don't like.

Why should it be illegal?

There was nothing in the OP that said weed should be illegal. The gist of the OP was to bring up the possibility that legalized weed in MO may lead to a more liberal/purple state....that's what one of the people being interviewed is hoping for.

What I find interesting is as weed is being legalized the CDC is calling for tobacco to be illegal due to the health risks associated to tobacco use.

They certainly can be.

Whats more important to you, liberty or collective concerns?

In general, adults should be allowed to make their own choices, or they'll never learn individual responsibility. I don't tell grown men or women what's sinful to them, because I don't know and its not my job to protect their body or spirit.

All youre doing is limiting things you can do. I have no moral issue with smoking weed.

Probably took the politicians that long to figure out how they were gonna enrich themselves from it.

Probably

Our new Democrat congresswoman already has found a way to get rich, her husband is getting carbon capture contracts.

Are you suggesting having more introspective people is bad? There is a reason “drugs” have played a role in so many cultures in history.

Yawn. It's offseason, bruh. Try the aggie smack later in the year, and I might play along
Academic smack from an LSU fan is always entertaining.

Academically, Vanderbilt owns the SEC title, but Florida/Georgia/A&M are in a fairly-tight group just below them and FAR above the rest of the conference.
