Trump may be re-elected but I’m willing to bet anyone who is interested that Minnesota is blue this year.

I’ll believe the state that voted Ilhan Omar into office goes red when I see it. Trump needs to Pennsylvania, Florida, NC and Michigan. Arizona would be great too.

as I heard on the radio today...remember that Minnesota elected Jesse Ventura governor!!!!!!

and starting to believe Trumps going to take NH too now

2016 Clinton only won the ENTIRE STATE by just over 3k votes. 30k votes were for the Independent candidate.

NH 4 EV are definitely in play.

Totally agree there. NH hasn’t gotten discussed much but Trump was ultra close to winning that one. If a Hillary state goes red this year I’d bet on NH before MN

they are nice people, but dinner conversations never led me to believe any of those men would ever support Trump.

Lots of “partners” and not spouses, and men that would take extended paternity leave.

Yep. The examples you mentioned are, by far, not the only quirks they have. We flew up there to Rochester and I immediately discovered I was an outsider. Like I said, they ain't like us...at all.

I live in a state that voted in both Debbie Wasserman-Schulz and Matt Gaetz.

Just for reference, Trump only lost Minnesota by 44,765 votes. You also had 3 Independents who shared 6.9% of the vote or 203,033 votes. This time you have 1 Independent.

I'll see your Wasserman-Shulz and Gaetz, and raise you a Jones 2 years ago, and a Tubs 2 years later.

The state of Minnesota didn’t elect Omar—her congressional district did, which is a very small part of MN and has a large Somali immigrant base.

If Trump can win the Iron Range, he wins the state because there are enough residents in the Twin Coties switching to R because all the riots—not enough to turn Hennepin County red, but enough to carry the state if there is a similar switch in the Iron Range.

It was not the whole state - just the "New Mogadishu" part of Minneapolis - full of Somalis

I live in exurban area an hour NE of Minneapolis that will go 70% + for Trump this time with huge turnout..."Greater Minnesota" is more conservative than most of Louisiana,,,,,

Then you need to drag every single living person over 18 that you know to the polls if they are leaning Trump. It will literally take every single one of you to overcome bags full of mailed ballots in the Twin Cities.

A few attempts at listening to A Prairie Home Companion on the radio over the years confirms this.

It's PA or bust.

Trump isn’t winning PA. Dems have that state rigged to the max. They will be able to come up with any votes they need days after the election.

The state to watch is Michigan. Trump is up by 2.5 in the latest Trafalgar poll, triple the 0.8 margin of Penn. I believe Trump will get a significant portion of the black vote there, especially with James running for Senate and also ahead by the same margin

Biden will carry Minnesota by at least twice the margin HRC did in 2016.
