Yep. Kid was far too concerned with the opinion of others, probably mom most of all.

The trans shite was clearly a symptom of a much larger psychological problem for this particular individual. His obsession with doing a mass shooting predated his trans shite by almost a decade. I don't think the trans stuff really had much impact on the larger picture.

Okay.

The thing is, and the focus people have is based on EXACTLY THIS. That trans ideology is most definitely an expression of mental illness... illness that in this day and age gets overlooked and goes untreated in the name of kindness and affirmation.

It’s likely “becoming trans” was lauded as the most virtuous thing this kid had ever done in his life.

Yep, He most likely was "affirmed" to the point he couldn't return as normal among his family and peers..

He wants you to put the trans delusion to the side and assume that it's not related at all to the other delusion.

It's like giving an anorexic a high calorie pill and sending them on their way...except being trans is often associated with more dangerous psychosis and the affirmation comes with a built in argument that a large part of society is out to get them.

The cult of victimization gets these people attention and acceptance, which is what they crave.

Somehow we made it a positive to be a victim. Its not.

I’d bet a large amount of money the father is either out of the picture or a limb dicked beta that cowers to his wife.

Maybe...

or maybe they are just looking for relief from this delusion that they live with and the message that it's not your fault...it's the evil Republican's fault is adopted readily.

The point is that these people need mental health help and not only aren't given it...their delusion is being affirmed and it's being done by creating a built in enemy.

The consensus here seems to be that further excluding and dehumanizing trans people will cause them to be come well-adjusted and productive members of society.

I think they should be institutionalized and/or eradicated. Most progressive leftist deserve the same fate

Your own words betray you.

You seem to think anything other than capitulating is
"dehumanizing."

Sometimes telling them they are full of crap is the correct approach.

How did you draw this conclusion? When have I suggested capitulating?

Referring to a human as "it" is dehumanizing. Do you agree or disagree?

I assumed it based on other things you’ve posted.

Do you not support affirming care? If not, is this a recent development?

Do you use preferred pronouns? If not is this a recent development?
