Even the Koran mentions Jesus more the Mohamed, but they don’t recognize him. They don’t believe it was Jesus who was crucified on the cross, but hit body double. It even mentions all of Jesus’s miracles.

Muslim call to prayer is 5 times a day, with one in the dark hours of the morning. At a minimum, this will be a nuisance. Haven't had church bells going off that early.

Some enterprising soul with a silenced .22 rifle needs to take care of that noise.
If I lived in an area affected by the loudspeakers, the cops would get a noise complaint every time they went off. Every time.
