The last thing he says in the video. The supreme court has to accept it, agree to hear the case. That is the weak link in his plan. I think the court would punt just so they would not have to deal with it.

hmmm - on reflection, I'd have to postulate that it would have to be combined with normal processes for accepting ballots (as they do in all elections world wide (except in tyrannies)
- accurate registration rolls
- rigid election date, time, location
- voter ID and signature matches
- chain of custody of all ballots from polls to the counting station
- transparent observation of the counting process
- lockdown control of all ballots until results are certified
- reasonable requirements of absentee voting

OK - I watched the video.
I know the election was irregular - no way in hell it could be legitimate and am surprised to never hear any rebuttal to that argument except = "CONSPIRACY THEORY" and "debunked"
I have yet to see any attempt to define this 'conspiracy' nor any identification of who/when/where/how it was 'debunked'.
However, I'd like to see something other than my opinion (based on over 80 years of observing how the world works and the firm believer in probability analysis - combined with a healthy distrust of political activity in general, and utter contempt for anything the DEMOCRAT party does, and unassailable conclusion that the Mass Media are nothing but a propaganda organ.
Questions -
- What really are these "packet captures)" ??
- Who produces the 'packets' (assuming they are not the original ballots themselves - which is certainly not possible nor available to private interests)
- How can an individual or private organization gather these 'official' packets??
- Who is going to pay any attention to what is revealed?? with media blackout of the entire process.
My personal belief can not be reversed - I cannot imagine the level of effort required to prove me wrong on this.
And my fear is "so what??" - the coup is completed, and nothing is now powerful enough to set things 'right' without a physical retaking of the government. The coup-ers will not care what "proof" is presented - they will ignore it, declare the 'conspirators' to be 'terrorists; and have all the power to enforce it.
sad times for us elderly with no hope of seeing how it all turns out.

**There is software and hardware, i.e. protocol analyzer, that are designed to capture and store packets. It must have access to the connection between the devices that are communicating.

**This is a huge problem. Most people don't understand the significance and accuracy of packet captures, and trying to explain why this is considered proof won't be easy. This is why the SCOTUS, with its resources, should be able to confirm the authenticity of this prove. Proof doesn't always come in easy to understand formats.
