I think his intentions are regarding government employees.
Speaking of refusing to understand, it's amazing how many people on these WFH threads don't understand that simple concept.

This is more like someone's pet peeve than a true first priority.
WFH chaps the frick out of Elon's arse.
He hates it.

It's probably safe to say that Jeff Landry will follow suit and end that with the state too.
There will definitely be a domino effect.

As opposed to surfing the internet and sitting around drinking coffee, going to the bathroom 5 times a day for 15 minute shits etc... and being in the office but still conducting every meeting via Zoom, Teams and Meet.
Frivolously surfing the internet is easy to stop in the office.
So is sitting around drinking coffee (and doing nothing else).
Going to the bathroom is somewhat harder, but if you're stopping the first two employees usually don't push that one either.
It's about the culture you create.
You have no opportunity to create any culture if the employee is working from home.
And are these people surfing the internet and abusing coffee and bathroom breaks the "good employees" you don't want to run off?

One of my good friends has a federal wfh job with the USDA. He goes on runs with his dog while he is on the clock. He voted for Trump three times. I’m sure he would love to keep working from home but he will probably also take satisfaction in some of the liberal women he works with freaking out over this. Still not sure why this is a “top priority”

Does he work a strict 8-5, or does he extend his day to accomodate that?

If you can ask a question that isn't already answered in what I wrote, I will answer it.
I'm not willing to repeat myself because you can't or won't understand simple concepts.
So you can't answer the question and you're menstruating. Got it.

Making government building lease contracts great again.

I'll bet you could figure it out if you thought about it hard.

I mean, there are several things I’d like Trump to address before this. Probably 2/3rds of these people that work from home will be fired anyway.

I already answered the question. The answer is there.
I'm just not willing to restate it because you are too stupid to comprehend it on your own.
If that means I'm a woman, then I guess we finally have the definition of a woman for society: "A person who is not willing to indulge either unintentional or willful stupidity."
I'm not sure that definition will hold up under scrutiny, as I have known plenty of peope I would call women who do that, but it's at least better than, "Anybody who identifies as a woman."

I can think of a lot of shite I would prioritize before this. But why don’t you explain why it’s top priority for all of us dummies.

95% of WFH people do shite like this. That is why productivity is down and companies like Amazon are requiring 5 days in the office

Because is an inefficient method of work leading to costing employers more for the same work.
It is rift with fraudulent time sheets because time actually working cannot be validated without imposing technology that employees will say is too intrusive.
Simple solution for federal WFH and Fed contractor WFH. 1. Send notice of return to office by date. 2. On that date turn off the remote desktop functionality. 3. After 3 days of workers not showing up to work, tag them as abandoning their job and send termination notice. 4. Make all appeals post termination with the reason being to maintain a secure network and work environment.

Absolutely correct.
These government employees are making good salaries, excellent benefits with little to no accountability. All while our federal government is broke as frick.
The biggest obstacles is AFGE and the other public sector unions. I hope DOGE eats that AFGE arse.

No, you didn't. You claimed there was an underlying legal basis for a judge throwing out a banks valuation and replacing it with his own. You offered nothing as to what that underlying basis might be. Midol might help with your cramps and grumpiness but you might need to consult a professional about your confusion.

Not really disagreeing with your reasoning here but it’s not like private sector jobs are going to stop people working from home now. My sister is an attorney, she has stacked two WFH jobs with two major corporations on top of each other. They don’t know she is doing this. Do you guys have a problem with that?

If you're talented enough and your services are needed to the point where employers don't care, then that's between the employee and employer.
That doesn't apply at all to fedgov.
There's no way to know who is doing shite in the current system and the AFGE stops any type of steps toward creating accountability.
