Mickey Goldmill: You claimed the judge was selected at random....

It was explained to you that this same judge of 24, also got the weissman and Bannon case. How is that "random" that this one judge gets all cases involving the Trump circle and not a single judge of the 24 in new york district got the others? In addition, why did he not recuse himself given the obvious conflict of interest?

For the same reasons they claim this isn’t lawfare. Their ends justify their means.

Lawyers defend the legal industry like their life depends on it.
No self reflection, no criticism.

Can we go back 12 months and trade both Merchan and Cannon?
Trump's still convicted, except this time it would be in 2 different venues.

Understand Mickey would put your arse in jail if given a chance. He would have no reservations and no mercy. They want us to have all conservative rights revoked.

You are basically saying that Merchan was going to convict Trump no matter what he had to do, or the location of the wrongful persecution.
I agree.

You're too idiotic to insult. Just a raging moron.

No, I'm saying this case was a slam-dunk and barring masterful work from Trump's defense attorneys, he was getting convicted. And that would have required Trump to sit down and shut the frick up during the trial and let them do their thing, something he's pathologically incapable of doing.
Any judge in New York would have made similar decisions and Trump would still be guilty, and you'd be whining about some other perceived wrong to your convicted felon cult leader. All you know is grievance.

So you are going on record as saying this ruling will not be overturned?
Just want to know if you believe your bullshite.

Who knows what an appeals court will ultimately do, but honest lawyers aren't screaming about an error of the law that makes it ripe for appeal. The biggest gripe, about the unanimity of predicate acts, appears pretty standard for New York State.

It's always a slam dunk case when the outcome is predetermined and the process is unfairly tilted against one party!
However, had a non biased judge been selected which allowed for all witnesses and evidence that should have been allowed (Stormy's signed denial of the affair, the election law expert, etc), and had the judge presided in an impartial manner, the case was clearly never gonna be tried.

It will be the Supreme Court. If no errors, they are good to go right?
Sounds like you don't believe your bullshite.

When this is overturned on appeal, you crawl back into the shithole you came from and stop posting your dribble.
