Impressed my Muay Thai coach with my combos at practice.
In this case, it seems like the guy goes out of his way unnecessarily pass in front of the OP. It's kinda like when there's a wall full of 10 empty urinals, and that 1 guy has to use the one right next to you!

I used to have a "gymesis" at my old gym. No matter what day or what muscle group I was training, he always seemed to need the same machine, station, or weights that I was using. I would even test him by switching to muscle groups that I wasn't training ( for example, I train back and triceps together EVERY TIME, so I'd switch it up and do a set of curls just to see if he would follow, and he did- every time!!). He always seemed to be purposely following me and occupying whatever I needed to use.

So I don't think the OP is the a-hole. I think the weird guy that inserts himself in the OP's personal space without needing to is the a-hole, much like my old gymesis.
Pretty sure he testified about schemes- schemes to steal from Trump to reimburse for a bonus he didn't like, which he admitted on the stand. Even called it a "scheme". I'm pretty sure Trump wouldn't be in on a scheme to steal from himself.
The same guy that said he used to bury stories for Trump far before he publicly ran for President?

So the jury put more weight into a convicted perjor's testimony (who got caught lying on the stand) and a tabloid journalist saying that Trump tried to influence the election than it did in Hope Hick's testimony saying that he was trying to protect his family. And the weight was a result of the judge's extreme bias and disregard for constitutional rights. He illegally donated to Biden, his daughter made millions from Trump's political opponents, and he made a mockery of the justice system.
So it was by the book to "randomly" select a judge that donated to Trump's political opponent (illegally)? By the book to have a judge whose daughter received millions from Trump's political enemies? By the book to have a convicted serial perjur as the star witness lie on the stand? By the book to disallow pertinent evidence (Stormy's signed denial of the affair) and witnesses (election law expert)? By the book to not allow the jury instructions to be available to the jury in writing?

Nah. I really wish leftist would just finally admit that they don't care about the law, rules, process, etc.. They only care about getting their way.
It's always a slam dunk case when the outcome is predetermined and the process is unfairly tilted against one party!

However, had a non biased judge been selected which allowed for all witnesses and evidence that should have been allowed (Stormy's signed denial of the affair, the election law expert, etc), and had the judge presided in an impartial manner, the case was clearly never gonna be tried.
So how can we take your statement seriously when you express joy at "Eric crying on Hannity" about it? The fact that you're happy that Eric is "crying" shows extreme bias against Trump, and therefore, you can't answer the question objectively.

Witnesses- a porn star that tried to extort the defendant, who actually admitted multiple times that she didn't sleep with him, including in writing- which the "totally impartial judge" refused to allow as evidence, and someone that went to prison for lying that literally got caught lying on the stand in this very case.

Paper trail- checks with "retainer" on them showing that he signed checks presented to him as legal expenses to his lawyer that were listed as legal expenses that his accountants labeled as legal expenses. See a pattern there?

Friends like Pecker "nailing" him- well, scholars like Turley believe that Pecker helped Trump with his testimony. The fact is that this case was 100% policitcal, Trumps consitutional rights were violated, and leftists don't care about the facts. They just want their will to be done, no matter what the cost. But since you are a fan of people crying, it brings joy to me to see leftists, when they get a taste of their own tactics, literally crying and screaming at the sky.

I watched both YG movies in the theaters as a teen, and I've loved them since then. In the early 2000's after probably a thousandth rewatch, I started researching the true story of Billy the Kid and realized that YG was a very loosely based true story. The real stories of the events in the YG movies would make for awesome film if done right. Last night while watching YG 1, I told my wife how they gave the wrong deaths to the wrong characters (like Bowdre dying at the McSween house, which was really a 5 day battle) and Doc dying at Stinking Springs in YG 2 (it was actually Bowdre). Those movies got me obsessed with the old west, and I agree that Chavez would be a good character to explore. He was also a pretty big badass in real life.

I concur! And the "I need to set up my tripod in the middle of the walkway to record my lift for Instagram" guys. Makes me want to do bodily harm to people.
My rep. just replied to my email. Apparently, the senate added 2 bad amendments as a requirement to get the votes, so the bill's author deferred it. They basically "killed it with amendments" is how she worded it. She said it will be back on the agenda in 2024.
Interesting take. I have a question then. Would you still stand by this if the classes and permits were free? Because about 100% of the "range officers and firearms instructors" that I argue this topic with have a monetary benefit in REQUIRING the classes they teach. Now, would you still be in favor of this if you had to provide these classes without getting paid for them?
I recently bought a frame with a Viridian laser for $99.00 with free shipping and ordered a sniper green slide. Put it together this weekend and shot it. Like butter! Barely any recoil. Ate everything with no malfunctions. And it's comfortable to shoot. I love it.
Pros- decent marksman, above average in blood tracking, strong and in decent shape (can drag a deer effectively)

Cons- horrible wing shot, not very patient
The reason they hold the funds is to prevent transaction losses. It can take up to 7 business days for a check to clear from another institution, and I've seen checks that had a 9 day hold placed on them get returned. If the hold would have dropped earlier, the customer would have spent the funds, and when the check would be returned, the customer's account would be overdrawn.
This summer, we visited Covington, GA (because my daughter is obsessed with the Vampire Diaries!) and while talking to a shop owner there, she told me that right behind her shop is the street that Burt landed the airplane in to go to the store to pick up a six pack!

And the corner of the square is where Gary Bertier got sideswiped in Remember the Titans.
Why? That seems so unfair. Using a projectile weapon makes it too easy. Why not a spear like a real man? Or why not just a knife? Nah. Both have sharpened blades. You should hunt with your hands. That's the ultimate thrill and the only fair way. Don't you think?

I just bought a Hi Point 995 TS (And fricken' love it!!), and it seems to add about 200 to 300 FPS. I would assume the Keltec would be around the same.
I second this. Easier than washing your car, and it has lasted for months on my 3 vehicles.

I actually wouldn't be opposed to limiting them to gun season, honestly. Leave the "true" archers a few weeks to be in the woods before all the wusses with guns start putting pressure on the deer.

I totally agree about Muzzleloaders. The "primitive caliber" crap is ridiculous. Either allow all calibers of firearms or only allow muzzle loaded firearms. Or just extend rifle season.

Socialism is ridiculous. As a staunch conservative, I agree with you there as well. However, you cannot have my crossbow. If you take it, how in the hell will I survive the zombie apocalypse??

I figured as much. My issue isn't so much with the crossbow. As I said, I've only hunted with one 2 times. My issue is those that insult others for using one. I've lurked on this site for years without posting, and finally just became a member, so that's a few years of suppressed thoughts into these posts!
