I have an idea. Send the newcomers to the University of Michigan, Michigan State, Central, Eastern and Western Michigan to bunk with those students. It could be a valuable teaching lesson.

This is social engineering with taxpayers money.

I wonder what their budget is and how they follow up with compliance. Seems like smart Michiganders could crash this system while never actually housing illegals.
