Her experiences in this country were pretty damn good. Went to Princeton. Became a lawyer. Got a high-paying, six-figure, no-show job. Those are the kinds of experiences that would make any normal person VERY PROUD of their country.......especially in light of the difficulties people like her grandparents had to live through and fought to overcome.
This country made enormous strides during her lifetime. It is something to be proud of. It speaks volumes that she couldn't see that.
