Coming from someone who's angry they weren't born white. That said, her race opened up some doors for her that whites couldn't get through when reverse discrimination was legal.

Why is it always well-off, least victimized blacks who are the most insufferable race snowflakes?

Are the real brothers THAT rough on you at the family get togethers?

Maybe Michelle experienced some racist comments.

Maybe the fat guy at school has been called fat a few times.

Maybe the "really old" person at work has suffered a "grandpa" joke or two.

Maybe the "really young" person at work has been told "you're just a kid" a few times.

Maybe the bald guy receives comments on his baldness so much he believes he's disadvantaged for it.

Maybe the short guy on the basketball team gets called a shrimp.

And maybe they should all get over it and prove to the world they can overcome whatever kind of perceived injustice they happen to see. This is not to say any of the above is okay, but it's sad that Michelle has turned a story of victory into a self-induced defeat.

Get over it and start worrying about yourself. Of course, someone who was never proud of America until her husband became President likely doesn't have it in them to do much more than complain about other people anyway.

I severely question her ability to have anything but a negative outlook on American society.

Y'all should just ignore the Obamas. They're irrelevant now.

For nearly a decade, Obama, the nation’s first black first lady, absorbed direct and subtle barbs about her race.

Direct barbs? Where, when and how?

Obamas got sucked off by the media and public figures and the public voices that got on radio and TV.

What, she read some blogs from some private citizen?

This is the Obama administration in a nutshell. This is it...this claim...they were all about race from Day 1 and are even more about race in retrospect to act like victims. The nation voted them in twice to the highest office in the land and they are victims of racism.

I mean, what can you say? 12 years a Slave and 8 Years the President are apparently the same fate of America's racism in Michelle's eyes.

I think she defines "direct barbs" as any comments that disagree with her or her husband's stated position on an issue. She's race-obsessed.

Anybody else find this quote arrogant and pompous? "What she really is?" What does she think she really is? What are we supposed to see? Any chance that maybe you are a race baiting POS, an that some people's view isn't obscured at all? Im not saying that, but to insinuate that the only reason people can't see how wonderful she believes herself to be is due to their inability to see past her color is pompous. I think Hillary sucks...and she's white. What "label" must Michelle call me to explain this?

Which, when you look at her background, is a bit of a head-scratcher.

I won't say she was born with a silver spoon in her mouth, but her family was far from uncomfortable. She grew up in an upper middle class family in Chicago. It's not like she was some sort of poor downtrodden street urchin.

She never wanted everyone to look past her skin color. It's a HUGE differentiating factor. One that she and her husband gleefully exploited ad nauseum.

This coming from woman whose thesis...

Never mind. This is typical of Prog Filth. So sad. The Obamas NEVER had any intention of uniting anyone. EVER.

That and she openly stated she wasn't proud of her country until she was FLOTUS.

This after getting a degree from Princeton after writing a race-baiting thesis, holding a 300K no-show job, and then of course, having racist America elect her husband POTUS.

But yeah, everyone else is the problem.

Fox News Calls Michelle “Obama’s Baby Mama”... FOX: Producer Used Poor Judgment

Baby Mama is racist? I call white men "baby daddy" and white women "baby mama" all of the time. It was dumb of Fox to use that term for Michelle, because she is married to the father of her children, but not racist.

quote:

Fist Pound A “Terrorist Fist Jab”

Why is this racist? Even if it was here is an article from Slate, of all places, which says that the Foxnews anchor wasn't endorsing the phrase but characterizing what someone else (a random commenter on an article written by Cal Thomas) said. LINK

quote:

Trump New York co-chair makes racist 'gorilla' comment about Michelle Obama

Saying to let her loose in Zimbabwe isn't racist and the "Gorilla" comment was saying he wanted her to go live in a cave with a gorilla not that she was a gorilla. He did call her a man so you could say it was sexist but why is it fair game for people to talk about a male politician's physical looks but doing the same with a woman is verboten?

And why are you using a cover from the New Yorker, a hyper-liberal magazine, and which they say “satirizes the use of scare tactics and misinformation in the Presidential election to derail Barack Obama’s campaign.”

The only example that you've provided that could be considered as racist is the "ape in heels" one and even then George W. Bush was characterized as a "chimp" as were Irish Catholics in the 19th century. If anything, historically, showing people as monkeys is more classist than racist.
