2. A clear apology
3. An action to correct the harm
What all these social media “apologies” seem to be missing is the third part.

Her apology isn’t an apology. She is subtly blaming her victim. She should have used restraint? Restraint from what- being an unhinged, trashy a-hole because someone wore a t-shirt she didn’t like? There is nothing the old woman did from which any normal, sane, and civilized person needed to restrain themselves. This is the equivalent of, “Well, she shouldn’t have been wearing that miniskirt.”
This fat bitch is an unhinged piece of shite and I sincerely hope that she and her trashy husband frick with the wrong person, soon. I doubt that happens, though. Harmless, old grandmas seem to be their targets because they don’t put up much of a fight.

What's really hypocritical in this situation, and other similar, is that this lady is accusing the person wearing the Kirk gear, and CK of being a bad person. She is the one that is of poor character that she accused the lady, and Kirk, of being.

Both seem to have shaky evidence - the firing as well as the arrest. Any legit sources claiming she was both arrested and fired?

I appreciate her apology, especially since its not a phony one like "I regret if my actions upset her".
She takes ownership and accepts her L. Good for her.
Especially since shes been fired - she has paid a significant price and Im glad the Target worker can now retire and take a killer set of vacations.
