I live here. My neighbors love to pay taxes (love for others to pay taxes to fund their bigGOV proposals).

He didnt even raise taxes in California. He removed deductions. Blame your state income tax.

Frick him. Move then. One of the “freedoms” of living in the USA, now exercise it.

Michael Savage is a great storyteller, has some brilliant insight at times, and has an incredible radio voice. He is also capable of great stupidity.

I hear more homeless peeps are moving there. Time to raise taxes again so they can be cared for humanely.

This is nonsense. If you pay $X in taxes, then the federal government changes the tax code so you pay $X + $5,000 in taxes, the federal government raised your tax bill. Period.

My taxes are going up by close to $5,000 and I don't live in high-tax California. I live in low-tax Missouri. Republicans voted to raise my federal income tax bill so they could hand it out to the "middle class". That's Marxism. Republican Marxism.

Govt should stay out of our business as much as possible!

That means they shouldn't pay you to have more kids!
Or
Pay you to buy a house!
Or
Pay you to donate to charity.

Pay on what you earn regardless what you state does! Those two should not be related.

You can say the same for all but a handful of states. That includes Louisiana, Alabama, Mississippi, etc.

Then the tax cuts at the federal level sunset and that tax hike is more. For everyone.

But let's see if "trickle down" economics can fail for the 3rd time in a row.

Are taxes being raised for on rich people then middle-class people, by your definition?

Rich people pay more at state income tax therefore, they now pay even more. Isnt this what you want?

If every tax bracket got a lower rate, and you have low income state taxes. Please explain to me how you federal income taxes are going up.

I'm not being a smartass, I just don't understand how that is possible.
