I am not sure, but I THINK the Dems are publishing photos from the Epstein Estate. The law only applies to what the DOJ has in its possession. Maybe the DOJ doesn't have everything from the Epstein Estate.

Exception to the Act which no one tells the public is if they are UNDER SEAL in a court of competent jurisdiction then they can't be released unless all parties involved agree to unseal the civil/criminal cases involving Epstein which is not happening.

If they were so destroyed... then why hasn't a single "victim" returned any of the hush money that they made off being a "Victim?" - Why? Because they are all set for life financially

You think all the documents that weren't produced by 12/19/25 met that exception? Then why were some produced AFTER 12/19/25...weren't they still subject to the same exception?
Why can't people just say, "Of course, the DOJ violated the law. That doesn’t mean that Trump is a pedo. If there were something in the files that showed that, the Dems would have published that while they controlled the DOJ. We'll see what happens."

It’s sad. It truly is. The ultra MAGA fans don’t care anymore because it involves Trump. They’re willing to forgo justice for all the children involved because they just want their political team to win.

I think the main reason Trump 2.0 has failed to be completely open and transparent with the Epstein Sex Trafficking Scandal is due to the entanglements of several government intelligence agencies who were working with Epstein in some fashion.
If revealing all the Epstein info un-redacted helps to drain the swamp and dismantle the Bureaucratic State, then Trump 2.0 needs to put it all out there.
