This is decidedly the worst law school in the U.S.
Why would Trump ever hire a guy who went to a fourth-tier law school? This is the equivalent to having a personal doctor who graduated from American Samoa Medical University of the Virgin Islands.

Because all that matters is if you pass the Bar. You just may not have the connections you would get at a top-tier school that produces all the high paying jobs.

I haven’t seen it suggested that Cohen did any kind of academic practice of law. He’s more of a mafia type guy who blusters and throws his client’s influence around.

This. The same thing is true for those who graduate from a Caribbean Medical School. As long as you pass your boards, you're called Doctor. Besides, no one cares where you went to medical school, only where you do your residencies.
As for law school, once you pass the bar, it's all about networking. Either you're in the club or you're out.
