He said while pastors are in a popularity contest trying not to lose donors.

Then he compared them to black pastors. He said black pastors are not afraid to tell their flock who and how to vote.

Basically…white leaders are scared and/or greedy.

Black pastors afraid to tell their flock how to vote? Really? That’s all they do. Not all of them but a large portion.

Misread, my apologies.

So white pastors follow rules and black ones don’t? Violates irs rules and they could lose tax exempt status.

Seems like spirit lead churches are not afraid to tell the truth about what the Bible says when it comes to politics. We went to Baptist church we’re 95% of the congregations was white and pastors was scared of offending people . To a spirit lead churches with 30%+ minority and our pastors don’t shy away from politics. Pastors need to preach the Bible and stop being scared of losing parts of the congregation.

That’s because they’re receiving kickbacks for being the driver of the modern political plantation. Not even joking.

I don't address politics from the pulpit...is not what I am called to do. I believe folks vote as they wish and I don't need to know nor want to know how they vote

If pastors are teaching, preaching and leading with a Biblical standard, he won’t have to tell them how to vote. I don’t think it’s unreasonable to remind people of the importance of voting, however.

And ask them to pray about it and consider these things, and then those things are whatever that pastor feels led to remind people of,
before they pray

Nate Schatzline is the election integrity director in TX. Appointed by Abbott directly. Nate is the pastor at Mercy Culture church in Fort Worth and preaches the Gospel of Abbot, Patrick, and Bo French every Sunday. Think I'm full of shite? Plug him in to YouTube and see for yourself. You'll likely enjoy the sermon.

It would make Obama's pastor blush.

The IRS has no teeth when it comes to enforcement of the Johnson Amendment. It has been proved time and time again.

Right. That's why Dems candidates have been buying black pastors off during elections for decades.
