Was that the situation here? Why are you beginning with the red herrings?

It’s actually a federal crime of possession of an automatic weapon. So yes. At this time it’s a crime.

Not that it matters, but "Joseph'' looks like he started life as Josephine...now it really doesn't matter, but libs pay more attention to tranny lives than regular folks.

Much intellectual consistency.

Less government means less government, especially when we have a specific right on the subject. "Shall not".

There's nothing intellectually inconsistent with that position and my larger position of less government and police power.

You’re just flailing about with every stiff breeze.

“They knew the law and they violated it.” (Re: J6ers)

“That shouldn’t even be illegal.” (Re: some street thug)

One is stating reality within the system

One is stating a policy preference.

They are not the same thing.

Possessing a gun with that modification is illegal. That's reality. My policy preference is that it shouldn't be.

Many J6ers are accused of serious felony crimes. That's reality. My policy preference is that they also be released without major bail restrictions...and some of those crimes should be much less severe.

See the difference? I can explain it more simply if you need me to bring the level down to elementary school.

It's what he does. It's quite amusing, actually... not in this case... as a policeman lost his life and this joker is making jokes at his expense... but in general, watching the contortions he goes through in nearly every thread he posts to attempt to appear intelligent is rather amusing.

He is quite literally the living embodiment of this guy:

What is the fundamental difference with respect to bail

Ummmmmmmm the seriousness of the crimes.

The more serious the crime… the more likely the person doesn’t show up and skips out. ESPECIALLY with priors.

So yes. There is a huge difference between a crime rarely prosecuted before J6th, for people with no priors and possession of an automatic weapon and car theft by someone with them.

There is no contortion. My views are consistent

When I was tested for gifted (which was first grade) it was 161, but due to neglect and age, it's probably in the 140s now. I know I'm not as smart as I used to be.

I’m your friend. But your rhetoric is no longer healthy. You are seriously spiraling towards Olberman levels of crazy.

Wendy and I want to sit down and talk to you.

Nope. This is a "receipts" thread.

My position and commentary is consistent.

You leave yourself wiggle room by favoring "limited government". Which government powers do you support that aren't hypocritical to your stance?
