You say blaming a generation is nonsense but that's literally all you're doing.

They run the show. Soo, it's fine to put the blame where it belongs. I prefer to blame the 56% (boomers) of the members of congress than the 6% (millenials).

You (woke adults under age 45) claim to know ^^^^ all of this but then you want to blame your parents for whatever ails you or society.

I was raised in a household with five sisters and three brothers…one income, my machinist father. We were dirt poor until mother went to work as a nurse in the mid 60’s and even then we weren’t exactly rolling in the money….we thought we were.

I would stack my work history of struggle against anyone under age 45 on this forum if they care to see where my working life began…..I’ll give ya a hint.. it was in the heat of summer, in a field doing manual labor at age 13.

Then how about you stop pointing the finger, take some goddamn responsibility for your age group and be a man about it. I admitted every generation has a part to play. Why can't you?

Here’s a hot take. If you spend all of your time bitching about a group of people, because you think you deserve something, you are the problem.

I’m 40. I could bitch about a generation doing this or that, but in the end, I am responsible for my outcomes in life. The height of loser denial is blaming someone else for your lack of ambition, motivation, and personal responsibility. Stop being a frick up. It’s really not hard.

You want to blame a group? Blame politicians. But somehow, most of the boomer angst comes from leftists who vote in big government Democrats. Maybe YOU are to blame for your failures???

The entire generational blame thing is completely and totally absurd

While probably true, there is something to be said for dominant cultural zeitgeists that are wielded, enforced, celebrated, and indoctrinated into people. And in that case, the 1960s Free Love movement and everything that has spawned from it is an extremely destructive force on this country.

And while many people have bought into that from across generations - it was a Boomer concept.

Just because you ill bred shitty educated millennials have one of your stupidity eruptions is in no way my responsibility..

My responsibility ends with telling you where to go with your brainless drivel and nonsense.

Get a real education and stop working for Marxist goals

Then you too can realize that there is no such thing as "responsibility" for any demographic - Amazing that your education has been so stupid as to cause you to think such a thing

So, you’re saying the post WWII generation spawned the Free Love crapola with no outside influence? Completely organic and spontaneous? With all due respect you’re either ignorant of the enlightened progressive Europeans that infiltrated America’s universities beginning in earnest after WWI and WWII or you’re conveniently leaving that part of history out of the conversation.

I really hate this shite.
There have always been generational political differences.

Taking mild liberties with Burke:
'One who is not liberal at twenty casts doubt on the generosity of his soul; but he who, after thirty years, perseveres as liberal, casts doubt on the soundness of his mind.'

Those who've not yet attained wealth are traditionally indifferent to strains on those who have enjoyed its acquisition. The younger the person, the more likely he remains in the former group.

My problem with the millennial-boomer BS is it's a contrived Marxist/BigGovernment division designed to siphon off what should otherwise be the greatest wealth transfer in the history of the planet. Millennials are the targeted victims in that theft.

9 out of 10 of this kind of thread (eruption of stupidity and some kind of zealotry to blame someone unreasonably and absurdly) starts with your age. If you people were any more astute it could be a sensible conversation...

...instead of the marxist howling and division that has caused you to be who you are

I will not be yelled at by hollering boys who have no clue - in hopes that reason enters your thick skulls somehow

The mental gymnastics it takes to try and justify your position in this thread is astounding.
