I'm not a lawyer, but this seems like it is a clear violation of the Civil Rights Act of 1964.

The very act of voting for this bill or signing it into law should have been considered a clear and intentional violation of the oath to preserve and protect the Constitution of the United States, and grounds for impeachment/removal.

Democrats don't care that this violates the civil rights act, or any other discrimination law for that matter. They know this will get shot down in the courts. Excluding whites is how the Democrats pander to their minority voters, and it's going to be effective in securing their support.

Incorrect. White female farmers also qualify for the distribution. Every group, except white males, has been designated "socially disadvantaged" in the ARP - American Rescue Plan, which this is a part of.
