I bet she's the one that kicked in the front door isn't she

It’s just Marxism.
Authoritarian Marxism.
And the thing that makes Marxists shite their pants is average people fighting for their rights.

Nah, her charges could have been applied to hundreds of the Kavanaugh protestors.
The key difference is violence.
Not comparable.
Show me the comparable Kavabugh scenarios to this:
This is what they did during Kavanaugh
See the difference in location, violence, interaction with LEO? If you don't, you're not trying.

I missed the violence in the Lavrenz complaint.
Read the statement of facts again, then. It's pretty clear.

Did she break a law that is on the books?
Yes or no
Is her punishment justified? Yes or no.
You even arguing about this proves you think her punishment is justified yet you're arguing that's not what you implied... and then you argue to further imply her punishment is justified. What a clown.

The problem with that is there isn't a comparable scenario to J6 since like maybe the 1800s?
Huh?
This is why I know you're simply trolling.

No.
Most criminal law punishments aren't justified.
Unless you're promoting a mass scale back of criminal laws and punishments, then you're a hypocrite, and I'm calling you out.

Wrong.
"Law and order" types argue this when they defend the police state (which is often).

Quote where I did.

Give her a $50 trespassing ticket and she is free to go. Anything more is hypocritical.
Posted on 4/4/24 at 11:50 am to SlowFlowPro
She, as an American Citizen was "trespassing" on federal property, specifically the "People's House" (which is owned by ALL of the American Citizens) and is being charged/punished.
The illegal criminal invaders (aka NOT American Citizens) at the southern border were guilty of trespassing on federal land, assaulting employees of the federal government and invading our country. They were apprehended and then RELEASED....

She was part of a mob who fought with police and pushed over a barricade.
you like to play the semantic games with people. if you actually read the link that you provided? It plainly states that she "observed people getting into physical confrontations with the police..." outside of that, she "...observed barrieres..." she "...observed people walking past the barriers and not being chased..."
so, this means she is charged with being in a protected place. period.
are you and your limitless stupidity saying that she SHOULD be charged with "fighting with police" (as you say) because she was near the fight? you serious?
you may be the heavyweight champion arse clown.

Dude watch the heckin videos from our side. Tucker has done shows on it. The people who commited that violence were mostly feds

Yes she isn't charged with any violent crimes, nor did I say she was (or should have been, for that matter)

No. where did I say that?

I like how you get so outraged by a completely fabricated scenario that YOU created

That's irrelevant to her case.
Her defense of claiming ignorance is out the window being part of a group that was violent and observing that violence directly. How can she claim to not know that she wasn't permitted to be there when she saw police actively trying to prevent people from entering?
Posted on 4/4/24 at 11:55 am to L.A.
She still appears to be making the most out of her arrest and trial... Lots of "guest appearances" and marketing...
I think a lot of these people just get caught up in the "online celebrity patriot" aspects of MAGA.

National protests against Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh escalated on Monday with more than 120 people arrested on Capitol Hill, celebrities weighing in on social media, and nationwide walkouts.
Capitol Hill police said 128 people were arrested for "unlawfully demonstrating" outside of senators' offices and in the main rotunda of the Russell Senate Building. About half as many protesters were arrested for protesting Kavanaugh on Thursday.
These were far more violent.

The hypocrisy is amazing. You are giddy about prosecuting political opponents. That is so extremely short sighted. Though, I doubt you’ve ever been accused of being the brightest.
Wait til Trump wins and the tide turns...when purple haired libtards get thrown in jail or locked on camps for their unending crimes of violence (see the SCOTUS occupation, BLM violence and the multiple occasions of violence at the WH) they will be crying like little bitches and begging for mercy..can't wait.
Posted on 4/4/24 at 11:56 am to SlowFlowPro
During Kavanaugh, protesters were in the restricted congressional office area of the Capitol and literally confronted, cornered and shouted aggressively in the faces of legislators in a threatening manner. They were most certainly threatening members of Congress and implying violence. Try again
