Ok, so I read the statement of facts. So she walked around the Capitol lazily and might have raised her voice.
And this is grounds for an arrest?
Why did you leave the part out about entering an area she clearly knew she was not permitted to be in?

Give it a rest, man. J6 was in very large part a govt stung.

Did she break the law or not?
If she did, are you saying she's permitted to break the law, why?

Because I don’t think it’s relevant when she didn’t remove the barrier herself and guards were filmed waving people in. It’s akin to people swarming the field after an LSU game. Technically, you know you shouldn’t do it, but you also don’t expect to be jailed if you do.

How many posts have you made about prosecutorial discretion?
Ballpark is fine.

The problem with that is there isn't a comparable scenario to J6 since like maybe the 1800s?
That's why whataboutism is a very weak response.
Also that's literally what Leftists argue re racial discrimination in policing. Clearly they have lots of hypocrisy, too.

Nah, her charges could have been applied to hundreds of the Kavanaugh protestors.

I don't know who you that "whataboutism" is some sort of magic talisman that deflects all criticism of hypocrisy and double standards, but you're a dumbass for believing them.

What other riot led to violent confrontations intended to disrupt Congress?
Not the Kavanaugh protests.

the reason for the excessive prosecutions, charges and sentencing seems to be to buttress the impending prosecution against DJT, the more numbers they can rack up, the more they will claim legitimacy and linkage in the charges against Trump. These defendants are pawns to the doj.

I missed the violence in the Lavrenz complaint.
