What did this 70 year old lady do that deserves jail time?

She is a Trump supporter and they arrest people who are not in lock step with the criminals in DC

I didn't like Obama one bit. But, he did not trip over his dick . I hate dicktrippers because they are dangerous not only to themselves but to others.

I did not mind W at all. He catches a lot of flack for doing things that were needed and expected at the time. He also got blamed for shite he had no control over like Katrina. Bill Clinton was not so bad, I did very well professionally and financially while he was President (did not like Hillary) He actually had a competent administration like W. HW was fine as well. I was too young to have voted for Reagan but if I could have....I would have.

All of them including Obama also knew when not to say and do really stupid shite, unlike both Trump and Biden.

Yes or no

Statute of limitations on trespass in DC has already passed. Does that not apply to the fedbois?

Honest question.

Also, the statement of fact starts off with the officer giving his credentials and duties as an anti-terrorism expert. So this anti-terrorist expert gets a judge to sign a warrant for the arrest of a 70 year old woman who spent 11 minutes inside the capitol and didn't harm or threaten anyone. And SFP is ok with this.

She's a terrorist!

Bro… He wasn’t suggesting that she should be arrrsted if other people roughed up cops. He was merely asking if other people had roughed up cops in direct response to the Kavanaugh comparison because he was curious. He wasn’t implying what he was clearly implying. You are strawmanning bro!

The issue is why do they cite some and not others...wasn't there a gay sex tape made in a prestigious room by a staffer...im pretty sure there could be some charges for those actions. Were there?

Why are they citing some actions but not others?

Did people protest the night of the SOTU which caused the speech to start late? Is the SOTU an official proceeding? Was anyone cited for that?

So its a two tier system and you are disingenuous.

Bruh,I'm aiming to be top dog in that department. I'm still a conservative, I'm just not an utter fool like many have become.

You’re no conservative.

You just called for jailing a 70 year old granny who trespassed the same length of time as a Marxist who firebombed a police car.

You’re not a conservative, at all.

You’re an authoritarian leaning jackboot.

You’re Bill Kristol.

How would SOL apply? She's on trial, per OP.

Naw.

You don't understand the argument, apparently.

I'll remember this next time you're melting over other crimes when you promote the police state.

I’m still waiting on the arrest for cocaine in the White House, last I checked it’s a felony in every state in the US. But nothing? Why is that? In a place that has surveillance cameras covering every inch in that building.

Clearly you've been watching too much MSM. She entered the building with the crowd, stayed within the ropes. Said the police guided them through. She didn't speak to anyone, prayed and left. So, what part of it do you think deserves jail time? Praying?

Are you suggesting one can't voice displeasure with this situation unless they are willing to voice displeasure with every municipal police action ever?

She was there to pray.... and violate 18 U.S.C. 1752(a)(1)

Okay, she entered the building but from what I've seen she didn't damage any property or assault anyone so we're looking at simple trespassing.

Do you think that should carry a prison sentence?

No, but someone wanted equal treatment for her and others as it applied to NYC lawyers who threw Molotov Cocktails at a cop car and they got 15 months....so fair is fair in that respect.

Granny, however should receive her fair share of grief. She wasn't going there to pray and if she was, when she saw an out of control mob she should have backed off. That's what my Granny would have done.....certainly even my Grandfather.....but he was NOPD so he would have had fun busting heads.
