This is awful. The black UCLA students should get reparations for the years of having to turn their palms over at soap dispensers.
But this should only be done when they find the first white person that puts their hand under the dispensers palm down.

Oh crap...
This means that every cashier is racist when giving a black person change. They are forcing them to turn their light colored palms over to collect the change they are owed.
So the black person is owed money or change after a transaction. The racist behind the counter forces them to turnover their hands so their light colored palms are showing...refusing to give them the money on their black skin on the backside of the hand.
The racism in this country really is systemic. So the touchless hair driers are racists too then right?
