This is a cultural failure. It happens time and time again, city after city, week after week. I don't know if it's a majority, but definitely a plurality of blacks either engage in or celebrate (world star!!) or condone/ignore this mentality. Until that changes, well, none of the purported "issues" with the black community will change.
For the record, I'd wager every single black person in my neighborhood would be horrified at the behavior in these videos. But they're likely in the 1%, and God forbid the trash blacks like this look to them as examples and indications that if you just get your shite together and do a good job you can succeed.
