On Sunday Morning Futures. This was their spying justification on Carter Page.

Looks like we found out what the articulable facts, mosaic of fasts, and corpus of intelligence are.

Also said that he thinks Horowitz's report will contain criminal referrals similar to what Nunes gave to AG Barr last week

They ILLEGALLY spied on our President's campaign, folks! They were caught!

There were most likely FISAs on Page, Papa-D, Flynn, and Manafort

Don't forget the judge who recused himself a week after Flynn's plea was a FISA judge who was mentioned in Strzok-Page texts. Judge Rudy Contreras

Why did he recuse himself??

Spying started in Late 2015 by using the NSA database to search 702 about queries. The FISA report in April 2017 started that 85% of the searches were fraudulent and unwarranted.

These searches were made by FBI contractors. One is most likely Fusion GPS

Dear. GOD. I can remember when the NSA Spying on us broke in the NYT. I was at the beach. It was the first news story I ever shared on Facebook.

This is the exact creepy shite us tinfoil hat right wing libertarian types were worried about then. I can remember arguing with a Democrat Obama worshiper about the IRS thing, and telling her - that the IRS spied on the tea party for political purposes. You think the NSA won’t listen to phone calls of political opponents? I honestly thought it may be a few generations before it was actually used for nefarious purposes. How naive I was.

frick you Barack Obama. You created a political culture that let your bots believe they were morally justified to ignore every civil liberty and norm upon which our country was based. You are a traitor.

I’m doubt free the Clintons cooked up this scheme. But you could have said no. Instead you looked the other way, and sold us all out. You deserve prison. Or really worse.

Think about this people. The most powerful law agency on the planet takes a bogus "news" story from the Bugtussle Times and uses it to gain an warrant to listen to your phone calls and read your emails.

This is what fricknutz Hussein did to your government.

Because a judge should recuse himself if there is even a potential “appearance of impropriety,” regardless of whether is is any ACTUAL impropriety.

The fact that you even asked the question provides your own answer.

There were liberals worried about the NSA stuff then too. This was prior to TDS causing a full abandonment of all principles.

Just think about it this way:

Spying began in Late 2015...illegal spying on the Trump campaign and his family in the NSA DATABASE through FBI CONTRACTORS.

Official FBI Narrative: The Russia probe began in JULY 2016 because of a meeting with Downer and Papa-D

Something isn't right. The FBI is lying their asses off because they were complicit in SPYING ON A PRESIDENTIAL CANDIDATE

But there was. The spying was not warranted at all.

Isn't this the same judge who personally funded scholarships for DACA illegals but refused to recuse himself from the Trump University lawsuit?

Fake news. Spying started before the fake news stories justified more spying.

And they still believe that. Some will always believe it. That "ends justifies the means" BS is hard to unlearn... It's right up there with "the needs of the many..."

I’m trying to map this to back to crimes that would be clear.

So one obvious one is the fraud they committed on the FISA court intention withholding exculpatory evidence on the affidavit to obtain the warrant.

What else is there?

I agree. But we have laws that are in place to prevent abuse of power such as this. Some of those laws were broken which should land people in jail.

One such crime is withholding exculpatory info on the FISA affidavit.

Surely there were more crimes.
