There are many classless Dems. That does not excuse this sorry display.

Lol. Lieberman as VP would've just led to a 400 EV landslide for Obama. No excitement at all as more conservatives and republicans would stay home.
Palin at least gave McCain a fighting chance to do something but he still cucked out and did stupid shite like sending a video to the DNC congratulating Obama for being the first black nominee and then defending Obama on the campaign trail and calling him a good guy when voters were telling him they were scared of his potential presidency.
McCain deserved to lose 2008 as he was a weak candidate that refused to engage with voters and take the fight to Obama and do whatever it took to win.
Praise the lord I did the right thing in keeping my conscience clear of the stain that a vote for John McCain would've been and instead voted 3rd party.

Palin was the only reason most people voted for the apex RHINO. He defended Obama but wouldn’t defend his own choice for VP from the vicious press distortions.

...because Lieberman worked out so well for Al Gore.

Why does he regret choosing Palin. He lost the election just like he planned.
It’s a shame Sen McCain is losing what little dignity he still has at the 12 hour of his life.

kissing that arse to be the media's favorite Republican to his last breath, even with what they did to him when he ran for president
He acted the same toward the media and the North Vietnamese.

No matter what people thought of Palin, she injected some life into what was a suicide march.
His campaign was on life support in the early primaries, the MSM started propping him up, then they got Palin.
I truly believe the MSM revived him b/c they knew it would be an easy win for the Dems.
They tried this in the last election and it backfired bigly.

Sarah is a moron. A high-functioning moron.
But if McCain hadn’t picked her, he would’ve lost by 10 points. That’s how abysmal he is as a candidate.

I voted for McCain. Anything to stop Obama. But hell, the thought then was that he was going to die in office and Palin would get to finish the term.

My wifes family always have me shite because I refused to vote for President in 2008. I just couldn't vote for McCain and I did not like Obama. Only election I have not voted in.

I have always hated McCain. I remember the straight talk express and how the media fawned over it when he was running against bush in 2000. I remember when McCain complanined that Bush went below the belt because he had a black daughter and bush was this and that and the media cheered him on from the sidelines. What a joke he was not seeing the media was using him. Then he runs against Obama and the media turn on him. They shutdown the straight talk express and say John McCain is not talking straight anymore. Failing New York times comes out with a hit, saying he had a affair with a Lobbyist and on and on and he still kisses the media but, so screw John McCain...

2008 was my GOAT nonvote ever.

So, the guy went against his own instincts on possibly the biggest decisions of his campaign to do what advisers told him?
Pretty sure the guy in the chair now doesn’t do that very much.
Bullet dodged.
