Matt Walsh recently said that women shouldn't wear bikinis. He wasn't joking either folks.
He's right. Have you been to a beach lately? The The average woman is fat these days. Majority of people at the beach are fat slobs. Cover that shite up
The 90s and early 2000s are long gone.

None of this necessarily requires higher T.
It doesn't... but there is a biomechanical feedback loop involved.
Intrest is up, leads to higher energy, more movement leading tomore energy, better sleep.
All that helps T levels..

Are you married? I’ve never understood married people having to jerk off.

Watching porn. Watching porn somehow magically changes your body's endocrine system to produce less testosterone.
Pretty sure it does the exact opposite.
If you produced less testosterone after watching porn, you would be less and less inclined to continue to watch porn since it made you produce less testosterone.
In other words the problem would solve itself.
I like Walsh bur he's wrong here. What's next? Having sex with your wife reduces your testosterone output?

Dopamine is a greater trigger.
Why go to the gym and collect your harem when you can google your next splooge.
Also, the studies on porn and your brain are pretty cut and dry. Turns you into mush.

He does describe a study done with Chinese college students that was published in a Frontiers journal. This link may be it.

Seems making a weak mind as well as a insecure stable relationship , which porn does, would have a long term negative impact for people

Of course you produce more, because you keep shooting it into your sock.

Porn can be a bad idea without being the primary cause of long term reductions in testosterone.
Men are eating horrible processed food with too much soy, living obese sedentary lives and not working out enough. That’s why T levels are dropping, I didn’t realize that was even up for debate?
Porn is both a reaction to and a cause of relationship issues as it’s used as a coping mechanism for a broken sex life, but our long term testosterone levels aren’t a part of it (outside of extreme activity) or men with sexual activity that corresponded to porn use would see a similar reduction in testosterone and I’ve never seen any studies that back that up.

Friend of mine who is in his 40s, drinks a lot, is 100 lbs overweight and occasionally does drugs and smokes Marlboros every day showed me his recent results from the dr and his T levels were over 600.
I’m still baffled at that

Makes more sense than "the male body's natural response to seeing naked women is to produce less testosterone."

How about seeing real life naked women, does that turn your brain to mush too? Or is there something magical about a computer screen?

Agreed. It's a vice like anything else (gambling, drinking, etc). Some people can handle it in moderation, some people get addicted and it messes up their life.
But I don't think seeing naked women lowers testosterone levels.

Does he lift or work construction/farming/etc?
Squats in particular but really any regular medium to heavy weight routine will spike testosterone.

It's a silly notion on its face. I haven't delved into the idea that testosterone levels are falling, but if they are, the more likely culprit is something that is an exogenous endocrine disruptor.
Posted on 5/31/23 at 10:18 am to crazy4lsu
It's primarily a combination of plastic, obesity, and social issues.
Porn also, possibly. I haven't really read up on that.

Yeah, we talked about this years ago on the OT. I'm more of the mind that the exogenous disruptor is the biggest mediating factor.
