No it doesn't. When Napoleon Bonaparte died the hijinks of the French Republics died with him. This is because Napoleon was a genius, and his heirs were not.
The same is true of George Soros. That man was (I'm hoping the report of his demise is true) a genius. His kids won't be. It's not his money that was a problem; it was his genius - the genius that earned the money and deployed it diabolically.
His kids can keep it going for a cycle, but the effectiveness will die off.
