I hope Massie enjoys his final 2 years in Congress. Trump doesn't need pathetic Libertarian dip shits fighting his agenda. Primary him.
Trump and AIPAC tried. Good luck Ace.

You don't get rid of RINOs by voting for RINOs.

Republicans can frick up a wet dream...
Its fine to do this shite when Biden is in office, because at the end of the day, he's got veto powers and you aren't gonna get your shite through anyway.
They need to fall in line and quit making their entire party look like dipshits as Trump is trying to come in and execute from day 1.
This is sort of the way I see it. If you can't trust that you will be able to advance shite you actually want with the coalition we currently have, then it's all basically futile and pointless.

He should be doing what his constituents want instead of fricking diverting every time. And that doesn’t apply to this Johnson vote.
He won his primary with 75% and unopposed in the general. I'd say that he is representing his voters. Massie is more in line with what a true Republican was, not the converted Democrats you see today, like Trump.

Listening to Karl Rove cry "We don't have a speaker yet, we don't have a government" is funny. Like this is some crisis.

Massie isn't MAGA, he's f'ing Libertarian loser attention whore flying around in his own orbit.

I appreciate Massie's passion, but somehow it made sense for him to support Kevin McCarthy but not Johnson?
This makes no sense to me.
Johnson is a squish, but there are no other candidates and at this point it's just skyscreaming. If Massie wants to get rid of him, build a coalition like Gaetz did and move to vacate.
Plus - who heads the Rules Committee right now? Is there some reason it can't be Chip Roy aside from Johnson trying to pick a fight?

It's not treason. It's Massie being a self righteous a-hole. But he said he would be an a-hole. This is not news.

Gaetz had all the dems.
Massie isn't going to do that crap.

I'm kind of digging it.
And if he's able to get some actual budget reform concessions in exchange for coming around and eventually not stand in the way, then kudos to him.

Bingo.
His constituents love him.

It's not about Massie, or his District. It's about the Trump Agenda, not attention whores

Thank you for confirming my statement. MAGA is not traditional Republican. MAGA policies are just old Democrat policies with a nationalist spin.

It's bad enough that the vast majority of Senators wake up every morning and see a reflection of what they think is the President in their mirrors.
Now, among a few self-regarding, self-righteous, lowly district captains, we have that disease spreading to the House.
Last time I checked, only one serving Representative in the history of the country ever ascended to POTUS, Garfield - and he got shot for it.
Great leaders doth not the House make and not recognizing that choosing this hill to die on at this particular time is just the kind of opening the enemies of the state will exploit illustrates this truth.
By not simply waiting for another time for this fight, they risk rendering any inertia for the actual elected POTUS's agenda stillborn - and that is factually NOT what the people voted for on 11/5.
But instead, muh purity!
The actions of simpletons...
