I don't have time to read through all the pages but am curious - did SloBro ever explain how it's within fedgov's authority to strike down a state's law requiring proof of citizenship to vote but it's not within fedgov's authority to compel states to require proof of citizenship to vote?

Abortion, murdering babies, is not a "social issue." It's a criminal issue.
If adults want purple hair and want to chop their dicks off and be tranny freaks, that's a social issue for them.
If schools and churches want to have them speak in front of children, that's a criminal issue.
