Same story with the vaccine. That economy fuel (people and their money) wasn’t leaving the house until the vaccine was available either, regardless whether any of us individually or even Trump himself liked it (the unavoidable reality of the situation). And the sooner the vaccine, the sooner the fuel, hence Warp Speed. Again, that was the reality of the situation regardless of anything we think or say.
