The thing FIFA cares about most of all is money. Prime example: Qatar being granted the 2022 WC after FIFA was bribed by the Emir.

I’m not a soccer fan, but anyone who believes the World Cup was not amazing for the image of the United States needs to wake up. So many people came here and experienced the awesomeness of our country because of the tournament.
