At least one of the “scheduled acts” had no idea they had been scheduled, and at least one other said they were not told the nature of the concert. There has apparently been a lot of smoke and mirrors involved in this show.
Apparently the biggest issue is that Trump makes everything about Trump. If they would set up a normal America show, celebrating America, they would have no problem booking talent. But Trump wants it to be about Trump with his usual BS about how everyone who does not worship Trump is a traitor. Who would want to hitch their careers to that BS?

The same crowd on here that boycotted and melted about beer advertisements and also went after people's careers because they said things they didn't like online about kirk's murder are upset that musical artists don't want to perform for an obviously divisive president.
