Your problem?

Scott Walker went into a state with a huge union culture and ended collective bargaining rights for public employees.

It was the boldest conservative budgetary reform in a generation. He went through with it, he faced a spirited recall, and he won easily. He then won again in 2014.

MTG, meanwhile, got elected in a district where they would vote for a bucket of hot diarrhea over a democrat. She wasn't even smart enough to delete her awful online history, complete with suggesting sandy hook was a false flag and speculating that jews had space lasers to control society.

She has spent her time in office being a constant headache for house minority leader Kevin McCarthy.

She is a total nothing.

She went on stage at trump's rally and asked the crowd "who's your real president".

Do you have any idea how pathetic that is?

MTG couldn't tell you one thing about tax policy, data behind various cultural trends, regulatory literature, etc.

She is a walking plume of chain mail hot air

Who do you think relates more to Trump voters in the middle of the country... Paul Ryan with his briefcase discussing corporate tax cuts or MTG throwing down against the cabal who wants to take away our liberty and turn us into Russian serfs who own nothing

FIFY-

Dude, your kind of R's would lose worse than if Mondale was a R and RWR was a D.

MGT is needed at this time as PDJT was in 2016.
Suck it up Buttercup.

Then she should have gone into talk radio, not congress.

Congress is meant for serious people who want to do serious reforms.

I don’t disagree generally.

But anyone who thinks Scott Walker is the answer is still living in the Obama administration.

You still live in fantasy land as if it is 1997. We are at war with totalitarians and communists who want to dominate every facet of our lives, and that is not hyperbolic.

Anybody that wants to enter public office needs to have a warriors mentality, that they may have to give up everything for what they believe in. I don't think they have to be a fire breather and bomb thrower like MTG, but they better have a spine of steel and not easily manipulated.

Not sure I would espouse “immense electoral success” regarding a guy who lost his last election.

No arguments there.

People like MTG are, while generally cringe, worth having on your side once in a while when mud needs to be slung. It is—perhaps sadly— a politician reality in this bullshite social media centered reality we’ve created. Sometimes a hot take is needed, even when no one takes the author seriously.

This particular subject is one of those times for me
