Marco Rubio is Filling in the Blanks of “Trumponomics”

quote:
"Yes, the cashier at a fast food chain makes significantly less than the company's CEO. The problem we face is not simply the gap in pay between them, but rather that too many of those cashiers are stuck in the same job for years on end, unable to find one that pays better. "And it is this lack of mobility, not just income inequality, that we should be focused on."
quote:
'I spent a tremendous amount of time focused on the opportunities I had as the son of a bartender and a maid in the past century,' he says. 'I didn't spend nearly enough time talking about what the bartender and the maid face today. Government has an essential role to play in buffering this transition,' he says. 'If we basically say everyone is on their own and the market's going to take care of it, we will rip the country apart, because millions of good hardworking people lack the means to adapt.' Economic liberty, in this retelling, becomes something the government is required to guarantee. It is the freedom to enjoy 'the dignity of work', says Mr Rubio. 'There needs to be a conservative movement that addresses these realities.'"
quote:
He has the opportunity to play a similar role for President Trump on policy to what Jack Kemp played for Ronald Reagan.
In the past, Republican economic policy has been totally skewed toward benefiting corporations versus families. But giving large tax breaks directly to the American people, as Reagan did by cutting marginal rates, is a much more effective way to address the concerns and needs of the middle class. Corporate America is doing fine right now. Who needs the relief more? Who needs the hand up?

Marco is 100% correct. Hard working AMERICAN families need our support. We’ve done enough for the corporations now it’s the time to help the everyday folks that make America great!

Marco Rubio is simply unlikeable.
Also, his ability to tell which way the wind is blowing is hit and miss.

Not to mention they will spend that money

Is he aiming to fill in the space McCain is vacating?
Posted on 5/28/18 at 6:59 pm to OleWarSkuleAlum
Marco Rubio has lost my support after he showed support for the FBI’s placement of a spy/informant within a presidential campaign.

Marco's litterally giving away a case if wine in this picture. How does this help the poor?

That is fake news! He did not say that. He said that it was an investigation targeted against individuals in the campaign with ties to Russia, but in no way an investigation against his campaign. He further states:
quote:
"If there is an FBI informant or any sort of inappropriate action that’s been taken targeting a political campaign, the president’s or any, we want to know about it and it should be punished."

He seems to be distancing himself from Trump
He's fortunate he won't have to face the electorate until 2022

He supported the placement of informants within a presidential campaign.
That is absolutely unacceptable in every conceivable situation.
And the fact that people buy into the idea that it was only to spy on certain people is complete naivety at its very core.

Checks started coming in again? Where you been?

Marco is nothing more than the Deep State's replacement for John McCain.

Rubio is a midget Cuban tard

Yes to form a counter-intelligence investigation against individuals associated with the campaign. So you are saying if someone is associated with a presidential or otherwise campaign they are absolutely free of scrutiny from a counter-intelligence investigation?

Marco would send the sons and daughters of those hardworking American families to die in the Middle East for a defense contractor's profit or Israel's security. Frick him.

If you are a cashier at McDonald’s for years, unable or unwilling to move up or find a better paying job, who’s fault is that? What steps are you taking to improve your own life? If you don’t have the basic drive to say I’m capable of more than this, all of the govt programs in the world aren’t going to help you. Acquire a skill or trade, go back to school, make an effort to be more than a cashier before you start crying about the fact that you can’t find a better job. If you want to make more money, you have to have skills people are willing to pay for.

Certainly not. One would expect any surveilling agencies to inform someone in the organization that an individual may be compromised, however.
Unless, of course, the omission was in service of plausible deniability for surveillance.

Lil Marco is neck deep in the soft coup of trump. I will never vote for Lil Marco.

He'll NEVER be the Republican nominee after that statement. He may as well switch to the Democrat party now.

That is not how counter-intelligence works.
