This board has become so amazingly neo-con.

They forget they got us Obama. If it wasn't how shitty necons were in the decade preceding Obama, he'd have no real shot of getting elected.

Mark my words, you let these drooling idiots dictate the direction of the party for 4 years and they'll end up put Mamdani or AOC in the WH.

When Rubio will be told to start a war, he'll just ask how many. His biggest sponsors are:

quote:

Top Career Donors and SupportersNorman Braman: A Florida auto dealer who provided extensive support, including a reported $5 million to the "Conservative Solutions PAC" during Rubio's 2016 presidential bid.

Paul Singer: A billionaire hedge fund manager and investor (Elliott Management) who was a significant financier of Republican causes and a major supporter of Rubio.

Larry Ellison: The former CEO of Oracle, who contributed millions to the Conservative Solutions PAC.

op Industry SectorsDefense & Weapons Industry: Rubio has received over \(\$663,000\) from the defense industry over his career, being a top recipient in the Senate in the 2022 cycle.

Finance/Wall Street: Top contributors in previous cycles included Goldman Sachs, Elliott Management, and Blackstone Group.

Pro-Israel Lobby: Rubio has received significant contributions from groups such as AIPAC, NORPAC, and Pro-Israel America.

98-0 cabinet confirmation.

When was the last time Democrats unanimous voted for anyone who wasn't going to hurt the Republican party or American people. This literally all anyone needs to know what this political ameba represents. He'll compromise everything and he will do what his handlers ask.

Vance will beat him like a drum.

Rubio will beat Vance like:

- he caught him stealing his car,
- a rented mule,
- a red-headed step-child,

I personally feel that JDV is the most like Trump. He may be able to pull in the independents. I know Rubio would.

Exactly, you can't even post a pic.

Realizing how retarded and gullible portions of "MAGA" base is really exasperating. It boggles my mind how easily they can be swindled by these neocon shills. You learned nothing and incapable of learning or discerning same plays.

So...me believing that Rubio will beat Vance makes me part of the "MAGA" base?

Since you are so much smarter than everyone else...please walk me through that logic.

Obviously better then anybody from the left. But if voting integrity is not fixed and we don't deport millions of illegals by 2028 then you are already fighting an uphill battle, especially if there is a small percentage of once Trump voters that feel disenfranchised based on Trumps flip flopping on FISA, the involvement with Iran when it wasn't our fight, etc. etc.

Just my guess, but I don't think both will run. By next year I think both will make an assessment of which one is more popular and the other one will step aside.

We shall see, though.
Earlier this year, in multiple interviews, Rubio has stated he will not run for president in 2028 if Vance enters the race. Rubio expressed that if Vance runs, "he's going to be our nominee," and promised to support him. I have to hand it to him. He's effectively stepping aside to avoid a primary contest. Whether or not he holds true to that remains to be seen but the act itself is a terrific deflection to avoid the usual media trap of pitting people against others and creating friction.

The network overlords love him because he appeals to bipartisan demographics in major metropolitan areas east and west coasts, thus more eyes on network news, thus increasing value of advertising revenue on 24/7 cable news.

I assumed you support him based on your jubilant metaphors of how easily Rubio can beat Vance.

That's what the meme was in reference to, not whether you believe Rubio can beat Vance.

If Vance can brand him as an ameba loved by the Democrats he will beat Rubio. A carreer politican/lobby lawyer vs an middle of America vet who succeeded in business and politics. It's a simple choice, but then again there are a lot of dumb fricks in the R voting base.
