Oh here we go. The objective, fair-minded, critical thinkers have entered the room. Reminding us yet again how the state got where it is today.

He's 36. I don't find that to be young.

I mean, compared to all those old, great governors we've elected, it's young. While we're at it, let's take a second and think about all those old, great, slow leaders we've had that have led us steadfastly from the bottom to more of the bottom. No, you're right, rather than doing what we've always done, let's base this all on haircut.

I don't remember thinking Jindal's age had anything to do with people's lasting impression of him. His federal aspirations, in my mind, are what really led him astray.

Does it? Not the biggest Landry fan, but I don't see him thinking he will run for President.

Unless you mean senator. That I can see.

His biggest challenge would be overcoming the red meat issues that really have nothing to do with improving the economic conditions of most people. He's not going to get sucked in to debates about abortion, CRT and the like. He would focus on economic viability and crime because the two go hand in hand.

Yeah…that sort of thinking ain’t gonna fly around here. He better start getting some pointers from Clay Higgins.

No shite.

Joe Biden was the oldest person ever elected President at 78, and look how that’s turning out.

As a result, no one should consider Trump in 2024.

Oh the horror! The respect of a colleague. Imagine how much a public official could accomplish if he understood the damage that is done by unilateral force feeding partisan legislation.
