Connecting this to Trump is asinine, but Manafort was guilty as frick.
People defending him here were ridiculous.

Was he responsible enough to say in trouble for what?

Its hilarious to watch the carpet yanked from under their feet, again and again and again and again.

I don't care about Manafort, but if he gets more prison time than the smallest sentence ever handed down for a murder or rape of a minor or something like that, I'll call bullshite like I would regardless of the person.

I have yet to understand how these charges are within the scope of the special counsel, and how this is a "big victory" for Mueller, since it has nothing to do with election interference/ Russian hacking

Hey, I was just disputing that "no one cares."
I get this is big for you. Enjoy the victory, bro.

Judge Ellis declared a mistrial on the remaining 10 charges.

Did we really need a special counsel to come to this conclusion?
He still hasn't started his trial for Conspiracy.

Manafort was a crook. Should I be upset he was found guilty?

I don't know. Are you suggesting I am?

Facing 240 years in prison
I heard it was 80, assuming max sentence for each conviction served consecutively
80 years for the charges he was found guilty. The other 160 was the mistrial. He also still has a conspiracy trial, that supposedly has a shitload more evidence than this trial. That starts next month.

You premature gloating buffoons. He will plead guilty to virtually all of the others that were a mistrial too.
