I've been waiting for him to swoop in and give us all the legal ramifications but after 3 pages I wonder....

I don't believe he did it. Probably suicide. Not guilty.

By all means, let’s discuss this. What do we have?

A 27-year-old man beat a 77-year-old man to death. He did not catch the man molesting his daughter. He did not even suspect that the man had already molested his daughter. He just thought that maybe … perhaps … the man might be FOLLOWING his daughter.

The perp could’ve warned the old man off. He could’ve slapoed the old man around a little bit. But he didn’t do any of that. He EXECUTED an old man, who was probably completely unable to defend himself against the assault by someone FIFTY YEARS his junior.

As justification, we were told that the old man committed a sexual offense 45 years ago. He served his time, and he paid his debt to society. There is no evidence whatsoever of a more recent offense by the deceased.

This 27yo man engaged in a prophylactic, extrajudicial execution. Nothing more and nothing less. He should be arrested, he should be prosecuted, and he should go to prison for a very long time. Yet this forum is 100% in favor of this extrajudicial execution. “Law and order, MFer!”

Some twit will now claim that I am “defending the pedophile.“ No, I am defending the rule of law.

Should have been executed in 1979.

I see your point.

But it does not negate the fact that rejoicing is always in order when pedos are summarily dispatched in ways that make them suffer greatly…

You cannot defend this person’s actions with “whataboutism.”

In addition, he turned himself in and confessed. If they punish this man for doing what the law will not, they will only teach the public that his mistake was turning himself in. The next time, people will bury the body, like in the old days.
So, you propose that a murderer by allowed to go free, so that future murders can go to the police and then be allowed to go free in turn?

Eminently logical.

maybe just maybe first time an antler was used as a coup de grace ....which is defined as ...a death blow or death shot administered to end the suffering of one mortally wounded...sounds like the antler was used humanely

I didn’t read anything besides the thread title, but it sounds like justifiable homicide to me.
